Bell Issues Units, Shares For Debt And Announces Annual Meeting
Vancouver, British Columbia - Bell Copper Corporation ("Bell" or the "Company") (TSX-V: BCU) announces that it has settled $9,106.50 of debt arising from various services provided by issuing 182,130 common shares of the Company at a deemed price of $0.05 per share and $22,680.27 of debt by issuing 453,605 units at a deemed price of $0.05 per unit (the "Units"), with each Unit consisting of 1 common share and a half share purchase warrant, each full warrant being exercisable for an additional common share of the Company at a price of $0.10 per share for 6 months from the date of issue. There will be a 4 month statutory hold on all securities issued as settlement for debt.
