Dr. Tim Marsh
Dr. Tim Marsh

President, CEO & Director

Dr. Tim Marsh has over 30 years of experience in mine geology and mineral exploration, with a specialization in porphyry copper systems. He previously served as Chief Geologist for Resolution Copper Company, a Rio Tinto subsidiary, where he played a key role in drilling the first 18 deep holes into what is now one of the largest copper deposits in the United States.

Earlier in his career, Dr. Marsh worked as a geologist with Kennecott Minerals Company on the Cortez Joint Venture in Nevada and held the position of Manager of Exploration and Geology at AMT International. A dedicated explorationist, he has spent his career focused on the discovery and advancement of major mineral systems.

Dr. Marsh holds a B.Sc. in Geological Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and a Ph.D. in Ore Deposits and Exploration from Stanford University.

Annie Storey, CA, BBA

Chief Financial Officer & Director

Annie Storey is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience in accounting, auditing, financial reporting, and corporate services for both public and private companies in Canada and the United States. Her experience spans multiple industries, including mining, oil and gas, technology, entertainment, manufacturing, real estate, and biotechnology.

Ms. Storey has extensive expertise in financial reporting and compliance, with proficiency in IFRS, U.S. GAAP, and ASPE accounting standards, supporting companies operating in global markets.

Mario Stifano

Director

Mario Stifano is a seasoned mining executive and Chartered Professional Accountant with over 25 years of experience across exploration, development, and producing mining companies. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of AmAuCu and Executive Chairman of Dore Copper.

Mr. Stifano has held a number of senior leadership roles, including Chief Executive Officer of Cordoba Minerals Corp., Executive Chairman of Mega Precious Metals Inc., and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Lake Shore Gold Corp. and Ivernia Inc.

Over the course of his career, he has been instrumental in raising more than $700 million in capital to fund exploration and development projects, including over $500 million for Lake Shore Gold.

Jonathan Godbe

Director

Jonathan Godbe represents a multi-generational legacy in the mining industry, with his family’s involvement dating back to the 1870s. He began his career in the drilling sector at the age of 16, working in the field as a driller’s helper with a leading drilling supply company, where he developed a strong operational foundation and advanced to become a top-producing outside sales representative.

William D. Hart

Director

Mr. Hart brings over 35 years of experience in mineral exploration and project development, with extensive expertise in porphyry copper systems. He recently retired after 19 years with Rio Tinto, where he was a key member of the geological team at the Resolution Copper Project in Arizona, one of the largest undeveloped porphyry copper resources in North America.

At Resolution, Mr. Hart played an important role in supporting geotechnical and permitting initiatives, advising on formal engagement with government and non-government stakeholders and contributing to the project’s Environmental Impact Statement.

Throughout his career, he has explored for gold, silver, copper, zinc, and diamonds across North America, Australia, and the West Pacific, working with companies including Rio Tinto, Kennecott Exploration, Chevron Minerals, Santa Fe Pacific, Earth Resources Australia, Piedmont Mining, and Magnum Minerals.

Mr. Hart holds an M.Sc. in Geology from the University of Missouri and a B.Sc. in Geology, with prequalification in Civil Engineering, from the University of Memphis.

Pam White

Corporate Secretary

Ms. White brings over 30 years of experience in the TSX Venture Exchange environment, with extensive expertise in corporate compliance, regulatory filings, and public company administration.

Ms. White currently serves as Corporate Secretary for several companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, providing corporate compliance and regulatory filing services through her privately owned consulting company.
