Bell Copper Announces Extension of Warrants
Bell Copper announces that it proposes to extend by a further twelve (12) months, the expiry date of a total of 1,448,500 share purchase warrants, issued December 28, 2022 and 2,391,666 share purchase warrants issued January 31, 2023 (collectively, the “2023 Warrants”) in connection with a non-brokered private placement which completed in two tranches.

Bell Temporarily Suspends Big Sandy Drilling, Presents Big Sandy Science in Anaheim
Bell Copper reports that it has temporarily suspended diamond drilling operations on hole BS-4 at the Company's 100% owned Big Sandy porphyry copper project. Continuation of the hole is planned once additional funding is secured.

Drilling Update at Bell's Perseverance Porphyry Copper Project, Arizona
Bell Copper reports that drilling has been completed on hole K-23 on the Company's Perseverance porphyry copper project in Arizona. The Perseverance project is held under a joint venture and earn-in agreement with Cordoba Minerals Corp.

Bell Copper and Cordoba Minerals Amend Earn-In Terms at Bell's Perseverance Porphyry Copper Project, Arizona
Bell Copper reports that it has agreed to amend the terms of the Perseverance Joint Venture and Earn-in Agreement (the "Amended Joint Venture Agreement") with Cordoba Minerals Corp. ("Cordoba") (TSXV: CDB) (OTCQB: CDBMF). Up to the present, Cordoba has earned a 51% interest and Bell Copper retains a 49% interest in the Perseverance Porphyry Copper Project in Arizona, USA.

Bell Announces Changes to Board and Grant of Stock Options
The Company further announces that Mr. William D. Hart consented to and has been elected as a new member of the Company's board of Directors in Mr. Schmidt's place. Mr. Hart brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Bell's team, having just retired from 19 years of service as a key member of Rio Tinto's geological team at the Resolution Copper Project in Arizona, being the largest new porphyry copper resource in North America.

Drilling Update from Bell Copper's Big Sandy Porphyry Copper Project in Arizona, USA
Bell Copper reports that drilling at hole BS-4 has reached a depth of 1200 meters (4000 feet) on the Company's 100% owned Big Sandy porphyry copper project. The project is targeting a large, truncated porphyry copper-molybdenum deposit in northwestern Arizona.
