Vancouver, British Columbia - Bell Copper Corporation ("Bell" or the "Company") (TSX-V: BCU) announces announced today that Dr. Timothy Marsh has resigned as the Company's President to pursue other business opportunities. The Company wishes to thank Dr. Marsh for his contributions to the Company and extends its best wishes to him in his future endeavours.
The Company also announces the appointment of Lonnie Kirsh as Corporate Secretary, subject to regulatory approval. Mr. Kirsh is a principal of Acuity Corporate Securities Lawyers, where he practices in the area of corporate finance, securities and mining law. Mr. Kirsh has over 25 years of securities and capital markets experience including, as Senior Manager of Company Listings at the Toronto Stock Exchange and legal counsel in the Corporate Finance Branch of the Ontario Securities Commission. His expertise will be particularly helpful to the Company as it works to reduce debt and position itself for future growth.
