Bell To Issue Units For Debt, Announces $0.05 Private Placement

Vancouver, British Columbia - Bell Copper Corporation ("Bell" or the "Company") (TSX-V: BCU) announces that, subject to regulatory approval, it will be settling $350,817 of debt arising from various services provided by issuing 7,016,339 units at a deemed price of $0.05 per unit (the "Units"), with each Unit consisting of 1 common share and a half share purchase warrant, each full warrant being exercisable for an additional common share of the Company at a price of $0.10 per share for 6 months from the date of issue.
