| Vancouver, British Columbia: Bell Resources Corporation (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has entered into a consulting agreement with Kitsilano Capital Corp. ("Kitsilano Capital"), a British Columbia, Canada, based investor relations consulting firm. Under the terms of the consulting agreement, Kitsilano Capital will receive a monthly retainer of $8,000 and incentive stock options for the purchase of a total of 500,000 shares to be granted in two separate tranches with the first tranche of 250,000 incentive stock options granted today at a price of $0.80 per share exercisable for a period of two years from the date of grant. The consulting agreement and the stock option grant are subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. About Kitsilano Capital Corp.
