La Balsa
Feasibility is the next major milestone at the La Balsa project in Michoacan, Mexico. The Project has a NI 43-101 Resource (see below) and presents considerable geological evidence for the discovery of further Cu mineralization on the property.
Project Snap Shot
- November 2005 - Acquired property.
- February 2006 - Established Company's operational facilities.
- April 2006 - Initiated Phase I Drilling, focusing on delineation drilling of the two largest deposits (La Virgen & Iguana Prieta)
- June 2006 - Purchased SXEW plant.
- January 2007 - Began Phase II drilling to define new deposits on La Balsa Ridge as well as to explore new outlying targets on the property.
- December 2007 - Completed NI43-101 resource report (Behre Dolbear)
