BellCopper has been pursuing the faulted-off top of a major porphyry copper system, the bottom of which is exposed in the foothills 8+ km west of the Company's property.

The Company's development and exploration initiatives are led by Dr. Timothy Marsh, renowned authority on copper porphyry exploration. BellCopper believes it is poised for discovery in 2017.

2016 Work
  • Drilling and the first comprehensive geophysical surveys (Aeromag, MT and IP) of the property were completed in the latter half of 2016.
  • K-12 drilling (summer 2016) produces best evidence yet of a major porphyry system leaking copper and molybdenum. Both K-11 & K-12 drill +800-meter-thickness of pyrite shell on a major porphyry leaking copper and moly.
  • Preliminary geophysics results are encouraging and suggest that the target anomaly tested in K-12 is very large and extends well beyond the area of previous drill testing

2017 Drill Program Mobilizing end of May
  • Initial Drill Program of 4 -- 8 holes
  • Drilling to test several large areas of strong chargeability newly identified in the recent surface geophysical survey

"Kennecott's 2017 drill program at Kabba represents their systematic testing of significant electrical geophysical anomalies detected by Quantec's surveys in late 2016. These anomalies are situated beyond the limits of earlier drill testing by Bell Copper, and they appear to originate from depths of 400 to 500 meters where Bell has previously encountered significant porphyry-style disseminated sulfide mineralization." Tim Marsh, President, CEO & Director BellCopper Corp.
